It is just, the more you talk to an athlete like me you realize that we have been told that we have to train because of genetics so that we will get bigger and stronger and that the body will tell you how to do it and not it is just not the case. So the body tells the coach how to do it and the coach takes the information and he uses it to guide the athlete to do the right things.
